Temporal Trim Project Update – Day 7

My comments on day 7 are very much like my comments on day 2 – a little sole wants to come out on lateral quarter and toe but not bad enough to do anything exciting. On day 7 I tore off some loose flaps of frog with my fingers. Can you also see a small “star” of sole wanting to start exfoliating out of the medial quarter near the heel?

I found your blog a little while ago looking at coastal trail run race reviews, and I love it! I read it all the time now… as I was reading I realized that we have some things in common – we are both from CA and both like endurance riding/running – so I figured I’d share my blog with you too.
