Training Journal Giveaway

On January 4 I’m going to send one of my email subscribers a new copy of the training journal that I used last year.
This is a non-sponsored giveaway – I loved the journal, I think My Dear Readers would too, and I love buying gifts if I can find the perfect affordable thing, which this is.
I want to do some fun new things here on the blog in 2017. Newsletters, giveaways, and some other projects. Doing a giveaway on my birthday is hopefully just the start of a great year where I’m focusing on the thing things that I love – writing, running, and endurance.
How to enter
1. Subscribe
Sign up to receive the newsletter and/or new blog posts with your email. Newsletters sometimes get sent once a week, but usually less.
If you are already subscribed to the blog, I asked you in the last Newsletter to hit “reply” and let me know you wanted in the drawing. I have some long-term subscribers on the list that may not read my blog any more and I don’t want to accidentally include someone that isn’t interested.
Didn’t get the email? Dig through your spam folder, or email/leave a comment.
2. Visit my facebook page (no likes required)
*If* you are on facebook (and I know some of my readers aren’t) I would appreciate a visit to my facebook page. No likes required, no proof. Just the honor system 🙂
3. Completely optional survey
As I make formatting changes I have lots of questions about what My Dear Reader prefers. For example, when I was thinking about going to a partial RSS feed – which means that you would have to come here to read the whole article – I posted the question on facebook and got an overwhelming response to keep the RSS feeds whole. So I did.
I would love your feedback on a couple more housekeeping things if you had a few minutes.
